The marina is home to sailing boats, yachts and excursion boats. Along the promenade, visitors can enjoy cafés, restaurants and numerous places to sit and relax. The famous mosaic pavement of the Explanada de España is one of Alicante’s best-known landmarks.

The harbour and promenade can be reached within just a few minutes on foot. This makes them an ideal destination for an evening walk, a coffee break or a relaxed dinner by the sea.
Our personal tip
Visit the promenade in the evening when the temperatures are pleasant and the harbour is beautifully illuminated. It is one of the best places in Alicante to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.
