Booking Terms

These terms apply to bookings for the Alicante Old Town Apartment made through fewo-alicante.de.

1. Booking enquiry and conclusion of contract
   A submitted enquiry is not yet a binding booking. We review availability and the information provided and then approve or decline the enquiry. The booking becomes binding once the deposit has been received within the payment period.
2. Prices and occupancy
   The base price applies to up to 5 guests. An additional €20 per night is charged for the 6th guest. Maximum occupancy is 6 people. Mandatory charges shown during booking are added, in particular the €80 final cleaning charge and the €200 security deposit.
3. Payment
   After approval, 20% of the total invoice amount is due as a deposit within 48 hours. The remaining invoice amount is due no later than 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full invoice amount is due immediately. The amounts and payment information shown on the booking invoice apply.
4. Security deposit
   The security deposit is €200. It is refunded after departure and proper return of the apartment using the original payment method or by bank transfer. Claims for damage or missing items remain reserved.
5. Cancellation
   For cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival, 20% of the total rental price will be charged. From 7 days before arrival and in the event of a no-show, 100% of the total rental price will be charged. The security deposit will be refunded in full in the event of cancellation. Any replacement booking, expenses saved and a lower proven loss will be taken into account.
6. Stay and house rules
   The minimum stay is 7 nights. Personal check-in is available until 9:00 pm. Later check-in is possible only by prior arrangement. Smoking, pets and parties are not permitted. Please be considerate of neighbours and observe the quiet hours.
